CNC machining services in Boise, Idaho

InDesign Products is an ISO 9001:2015 certified machine shop in Boise, Idaho. We machine prototypes, fixtures and repeat production parts in metals and plastics on four DMG MORI machines.

Send a drawing or a CAD file. Our lead machinist reads it, asks about anything the drawing leaves open, and sends a price and lead time for your quantity.

5-axis CNC machining

Our DMU 65 monoBLOCK mills with a swivel rotary table, which tilts and turns the part so the spindle can reach several faces in one setup. We use it for complex multi-face geometry and precision milling.

CNC turning and mill-turn

The NLX 2500 SY/700 turns and mills in one machine. Its sub-spindle, Y-axis and live tooling put milled features on turned components without moving them to another machine.

Product engineering

If a part is still an idea, we engineer it first: from a sketch or a description to CAD, then to a machined prototype you can test. We design, engineer and sell products of our own under the Killer Golf and Metonboss brands.

Finishing and outside processes

Machining stays in-house in Boise. When a part needs a process we don’t run ourselves, we coordinate it with partner shops and deliver the completed part.

Quality

Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 1120042, valid through November 3, 2028). Drawings, tolerances, materials and documentation requirements are reviewed before production, and parts are checked against your drawing before they leave the shop.
